Quick couplings are devices which permits easy, immediate connections and
separation
of fluid and pneumatic lines. When installed in a system quick couplings saves time by eliminating the necessity to close valves, bleed the system, recharge with fluid and purge entrapped air whenever an accessory is being replaced. |

QUICK COUPLINGS are widely used in industrial, process, farm, military
and aerospace applications. These couplings give the following advantages over permanent connections.
• Permits rapid changeover of different places of equipments used with a single source. Portable equipment can be used in different areas and easily plugged in.
• Saves piping cost, where temporary connections will suffice., reduces number of fittings and valves. Speeds line changeover and minimizes downtime facilitates repair services, inspection or change of equipments.
• Reduces time for connection changes in the storage, transfer blending or packaging of fluids. Permits switch board type plug in operation to remove errors and speed multiple connections.
• Provides greater safety by automatic shut off.. Prevents exposure to hazardous fluids and saves material wasted through spillage.
QUICK COUPLINGS can be used in System to help align components and the several feature helps prevent twisting of hose assemblies. These couplings are not intended to be used as several joints in applications, where subjected to constant rotation. |
